VIP Production Northwest has been the “go-to” for schools’ and theaters’ production needs for the past 30 years. From simple gaff tape and gel to complete audio, lighting, rigging and curtain systems, we provide knowledgeable and experienced consultation, training, designs and installations. Many of our staff have worked on national touring broadway and musical shows, so we’re well versed in applying modern technology to the local venue.
Our system designs are born out of the idea that they should be practical, as simple as possible, and tailored to the specific needs of the end user. That philosophy has made us popular with our clients, not only for new systems, but for “fixing” systems that were over-engineered or locked down to the point of being impractical by other designers and installers. VIP has been installing, inspecting and maintaining theatrical rigging systems and curtains since before the industry standardized. We have qualified riggers, designers, inspectors, installers and trainers, plus enough experience doing theater rigging to help design systems that are safe while maintaining the full functionality that helps produce great shows.
